Oz-eGuitar Sales are committed in providing our client the safest, most economic method of freight and postage. We are also committed in getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
The Oz-eGuitar Sales Web site and associated e-commence facilities provide our clients a basic estimation of freight and postage costs only. Freight/Postage costs are displayed at the checkout before the purchase is confirmed, however please use this as a guide only.
Freight and Postage costs indicated on order confirmations may vary depending on the actual size, cubed volume, weight and destination.
Delivery costs will be calculated and confirmed by Oz-eGuitar Sales as soon as we receive your order. Costs are charged on an actual cost for freight and packaging. Cheaper than estimated costs will be processed immediately and charged at the lesser rate. An increased rate will be referred to the client for confirmation prior to processing.
Oz-eGuitar Sales utilize Fastway Couriers for most domestic freight. Smaller items may be shipped via Parcel or Express Post with Australia Post.
Oz-eGuitar Sales will quote all freight/post costs upon request. Please contact Oz-eGuitar Sales on (07) 3285 1311 or e-mail us at [SalesTeam@Oz-eGuitars. com .au] and supply details of your intended purchase, your delivery address and postcode.
Normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday between 9am & 5pm. There may be a requirement for a delivery confirmation signature. Extra charges may be incurred for repeated delivery attempts.
Insurance requests need to be referred to Oz-eGuitars and individually quoted.
Delivery times are indicative only. Please understand and agree that Oz-e Guitar Sales will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. If you place an order containing items that have different availability times, we will negotiate delivery method and costs.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and include GST. We do not currently accept international orders.
Returns are possible only on an individual basis as negotiated. Call us on (07) 3285-1311 during business hours to receive a return authorisation. Return items must be in as-new condition with all original material & packaging for a full refund.
Exchanges or returns without manufacturer defects may incur a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and insurance must be covered by the customer. All or part of the refunded amount may be granted in an Oz-e Guitar Sales credit voucher or in the original payment method at the discretion of Oz-eGuitar Sales Management.
